Service Description
Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. This course is for lay rescuers. If you are in or plan to be in the medical or dental field, please see the Basic Life Support classes for Healthcare Providers Upon completion of this course, students receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED First Aid Completion Card valid for two years from the date of the course. *Please note this class is non-refundable, however you may reschedule within three months from your registration date.*

Cancellation Policy
If you have not already paid for your class, then you can cancel free of charge. If you would like to schedule the day of the class, there will be a $20 Inconvenience fee applied and payment will be due at least 2 hours before the class start time. Once your payment has been received there are no refunds, only reschedules up to 90 days from the date payment was received. Thank you!
